Sooooo tomorrow is our last day of ust not worrying about work!

Crazy....Orientation starts Aug 28th....honestly I'm not looking forward to it. We have to do a fucking scavenger hunt....I HATE GAMES! I'm nervous! Orientation in 2 days 7 hours long!!! Here's the schedual!

At this two-day orientation, students will be provided with important information
about our program and the University’s facilities. This is also an opportunity to meet
previous Foundation students, staff and faculty.

Thursday, August 28
We suggest that students bring a snack for the morning session. There will be a
lunch break on campus from 12:30 to 1:30pm. You may bring your own lunch or
purchase one from the cafeteria. During lunch hour the Foundation techs will
photograph all students; and faculty, staff, and student groups such as the Student
Union and the Sustainability Working Group (SWG) will be on hand to introduce
themselves and answer questions.
Thursday afternoon, students will be divided into 2 groups. One group will receive a
Digital Orientation and the other will participate in a Granville Island Scavenger
Hunt. When the first group is finished their orientation, they will join the scavenger
hunt and the second group will have their orientation. If you have a digital
camera, please bring it along for use in the scavenger hunt.

Friday, August 29
There will be group tours of the University, for which students sign up on Thursday.
You will be introduced to the Library, ECU’s digital resources and the AV department.
As well, Peer Mentors (all of whom are previous Foundation students) will take you to
areas of the campus which they think might be of interest.

Parking on Granville Island is strictly enforced. There is three-hour free parking
available, however, please be aware that your car will be towed if left longer than the
three hour time limit. You may want to consider pay parking in the garage after that
time. Granville Island now enters license plate numbers into a computer, so it is no
longer possible to move from one spot to another after three hours.

I also have been going out with nick for 2 years! and we had a very funny anniversary...AHAHAHAHA NAKED PEOPLE EVERYWHERE! AHAHAHAHA

MY life is crazy....but its getting better and better!

It's weird how everything changes while your your still stuck in square one. The change doesn't feel bad, just....new and like you cant really get your brain to grasp that your there yet.

I've been waiting for so long to go to college. All i've been doing is dreaming about getting away and now that its here....It kind of feels more impossible than it did when i would imagine it. IS that weird? I really dont know how to explain it!

I love that nick is here. It makes everything a million times better. It's crazy how its soooo natural for us to be living together. He makes me feel amazing!

It's just SOOOO weird. A happy/disorienting feeling.

So....

I'm in Vancouver in my apartment! This is pretty amazing! I still cant grasp it at all....

Nicks living with me for 3 weeks and it feels really normal! Also our 2 year is coming up! Totally weird. I have no clue what hes getting me! Everythings just crazy!

I'm very happy even though my health could be better. PLus it is nerve racking...But hey!

I'm very content and am not missing home really. I miss willie.

I feel really weird...

I'm moving to Vancouver BC for GOOD tomorrow. Like I'm never going to live in this house again! Its really never going to be the same...

I hung out with nick all day because marcy wanted to see me. She cried when i said goodbye. It was really really sweet. I'm scared about growing up but at the same time very excited! This is all weird and i'm honeslty not looking forward for my mother coming on this trip for a couple days. Man....

well here I go...on the next chapter of my life.....


I hope I do alright...I will try my hardest to make my dreams come to and be the best i can be at what I love to do.
